My Work
The heart of the OWL desktop client is the Ontask Manager, where you will find My Work. At OWL, "work" represents any task, ticket, or issue (as they are referred to in Jira) that you want to track your time against. Each piece of work must be tied to a project space, which some organizations may refer to as channels, teams, or even contracts/clients. This guide will walk you through the process of selecting a task and tracking your time to it, ensuring that you have everything set up to create proof of work for any task.
Prerequisites
A connected Jira Cloud instance with the OWL App installed.
